PROFILE OF PASTOR UGOCHI AGBASIMELO
Pastor Ugochi Agbasimelo started her Christian journey in 1980 and became fully committed to the Lord in 1986.
She was privileged to work with Pastor Bimbo Odukoya, Co-Pastor of The Fountain of Life Church, in the counselling department of Household of God Fellowship.
She began worship with The Fountain of Life Church in 1994 and knew instantly that this was the ministry that God has called her to serve Him through. It was as they say ‘home.’
She was by His Grace, Head of Follow-up Department until 1998 when she relocated to the United Kingdom.
She was ordained as a pastor of The Fountain of Life Church in 2003.
In 2007, she led a team of dedicated and committed “Fountaineers” to birth the first ‘Showers’ outside Lagos – the London Showers which materialised in August 2008 and has since become a biannual event.
She sees herself as a ‘Barnabas’ – an encourager and has a strong desire to see that Christians live out their lives as a testimony to our Saviour, remaining true to him in every walk of life – being the letter written by Christ Himself to the world.
Pastor Ugochi holds a B.Sc in Chemistry, B.Sc. in Nursing Studies and MBA in Marketing Management.
She is married to Pastor Charles Agbasimelo and they are blessed with two children. Chiso and Kene.
